Conditions of Service

Orders

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • Orders are accepted exclusively through the Eshal Studio online store.

Products Made to Order

  • All made-to-order / customized abayas require full payment at the time of purchase. 

Shipping

  • Shipping costs will be applied at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
  • Shipping timeframes are influenced by the location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • Delays caused by the shipping company or customs are beyond the control of Eshal Studio and are not the brand’s responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect. Requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • All returned items must have original tags and be in unused.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Made-to-order and customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Payment and Remittance

  • All prices include applicable taxes and are quoted in the local currency.
  • Eshal Studio accepts payment Visa/Mastercard credit cards, and other accepted online payment methods.
  • Customers from outside the brand’s country of operation must pay for their orders in full in advance.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, including text, images, and visuals, on the Eshal Studio website is the exclusive property of the brand and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
