Return & Exchange Policy

At Eshal Studio, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our abayas. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with our return process.

Return Eligibility

You may return your items within 15 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (such as Hijabs, Niqabs, Headscarves, under caps, or any intimate apparel) cannot be returned.

How to Return

  1. Submit a Request: To initiate a return, email our Customer Service team at info@eshalstudio.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once we review your request, our team will provide return approval, along with the return address and detailed instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Eshal Studio is not responsible for lost returns in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Any promotional items received with your purchase must be returned for a full refund to be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., Hijabs, Niqabs, Headscarves)
  • Sale or discounted items may only be exchanged, not refunded.
  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match the description on our website, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at info@eshalstudio.com. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, if the product is deemed faulty.

Return Processing Time

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. To prevent any complications, we highly recommend returning your package with a tracking number.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours at info@eshalstudio.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.

Important Notes

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or show visible signs of use will not be eligible for return.
  • Any free promotional items received with your purchase must also be returned to qualify for a full refund.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be processed.
  • We strongly recommend using a secure, trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
